We currently offer the following safe and verified payment options:
You can pay in cash at the time of delivery directly to our delivery representative.
Please ensure you have the exact amount ready to avoid change issues.
COD is only available within Khanewal city limits.
You can transfer the payment through Easypaisa mobile app or agent before dispatch.
Payment confirmation screenshot or transaction ID may be required for verification.
We also accept payments via JazzCash mobile account.
Please ensure the payment is made to the official Apna Khanewal account provided at checkout or by our support team.
Payments can be made through direct bank transfer to our registered business account.
Orders will be processed only after payment confirmation.
Always confirm our official bank details through our verified contact channels before making any transfer.
For online payments (Easypaisa, JazzCash, or Bank Transfer), please share the payment receipt or transaction proof on support@apnakhanewal.store or WhatsApp (if provided).
Orders without payment confirmation (in case of online mode) will not be processed.
In case of delay in payment verification, order dispatch may also be delayed.

Cancel any order suspected of fraudulent activity.
Blacklist users or addresses involved in suspicious or repeated order cancellations.
Report any payment fraud, fake proof, or misuse to relevant law enforcement authorities in Pakistan.

Any attempt of fraud — such as using fake payment receipts, providing false order information, or misusing COD — will result in legal action under the Cyber Crime and E-Commerce Laws of Pakistan, including reporting to the FIA (Federal Investigation Agency).
Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 5–7 working days after verification.
Refunds are issued only through the same payment method used during purchase.
COD orders are not eligible for refund unless approved under the Return Policy.
Any online payment made in error should be reported immediately to our support team.
